Place an upper denture seated against the gums, then gently position the tip of the Dent Pop tool along the appropriate outer edge of the denture base.

Apply light, steady leverage at the edge of the upper denture. Follow the small curved pink arrow indicating the smooth, controlled suction release motion.

Once the seal breaks, comfortably ease the upper denture down and forward out of the mouth safely without fingernails or force.

Hi, I’m RV Patterson, inventor of Dent Pop.

The idea for Dent Pop started the day I brought home my new dentures. Excited to use them, I applied denture cream without reading the directions and used far too much. After dinner, I was ready to remove my dentures—but they wouldn’t budge.

I pulled from side to side. I even asked my wife to help. Nothing worked.

While sitting on my front porch thinking about a solution, I opened a soda with a bottle opener. That simple motion gave me an idea: what if I could create a tool that used leverage to help release my dentures?

I made some adjustments, tried my idea, and was able to break the seal and remove my dentures.

That was the moment Dent Pop was born.
